Enablement is the key for organisational growth

  • GrovalSelectia (grovalselectia.com) – That helps to build high-performance teams through a scientific selection process.
  • Kabir Learning Foundation (kabirlearning.in) – Enabling a higher sense of inspiration, purpose and collaboration between people. All these services help his clients to get holistic solutions to achieve their dreams and address their problem statements. All the three of his companies have enabled businesses for a variety of firms through some intense and confidential coaching projects.

He has worked for Mercuri International, MercuriUrval and Better Future before starting his own company at Bengaluru. His stint as the Managing Director (Asia) for a Dutch consulting firm inspired his resolve to do something that can enable companies in India to higher levels of success.

Dinkar says, “After Working for MNC firms, I realised that we need something very indigenous for Indian SMEs and MSMEs. We need to have local solutions for Indian entrepreneurs”. Dinkar is also involved in the leadership capability assessment and development of high profile MNCs and Indian companies. Dinkar uses a lot of examples from Indian wisdom. He has deep exposure to Swedish, Danish, French, German, American, Japanese and Dutch work culture, which helps him to connect well with various organisations.

He has also helped many organisations to get some right talent on board and has been in the panel to recruit senior leaders. He has been conducting intense workshops and workouts towards transformational leadership and change management.

He is a postgraduate in Mineral Engineering from the Indian School of Mines (Indian Institute of Technology, Dhanbad). He is an ICF Life Coach. He has also been accredited as a BELBIN, CELEMI, LIFO facilitator. He is a Chairman of a public trust working on Music Talent Management in government Schools. He has a doctorate in Management studies.

Dinkar is a multifaceted personality with deep interests in music and Indian philosophy. As a disciple of Hindustani Classical music and Nirgun Songs written by mystics like Kabir Das, he uses his musical interest to build deeper levels of self-actualisation.
