    Surat (Gujarat) [India], June 8: Ami Patel, a Bharatnatyam maestro, and Shilp Maitri, in league with the Sangeet Natak Academy, Gandhinagar, cataloged an exquisite study hall and an astonishing extravaganza of Kathak archives from Shri Tribhuwan Maharaj, who is the 9th generation of lucknow Gharana, Grandson of Padmavibhushan Shri Birju Maharaj and Son & Disciple of Pt. Jai Kishan Maharaj. He proudly presents the 9th generation of Shri Ishwari Prasad Maharaj ji under the royalties of Nawab Wajid Ali Shah of Lucknow.   He will represent Kathak Aroharan on June 7, 2024, at the Shree Bhartimaiya Memorial Foundation Trust, with a wide array of Kathak enthusiasts in the audience.

    The esteemed allies of legendary artists have been integral parts of Ami Patel’s and Shilp Maitri’s endeavors in the realm of classical and folk-art forms. Their journey to promote, uplift, and nurture the cultural legacy of Indian and Grecian classics has taken shape for it’s contemporary, antediluvian, and exuberant art enthusiasts.
