The Belabaharr was invented in 1980 by his father & Guru Pandit Babulal Gandharv (the first player) and a top-grade artist from All India Radio.

Born on 20 December 1976 in Nevri village, Dewas City, Madhya Pradesh, he belongs to the 5th generation of sarangi players & vocalists . The Belabaharr is a one-of-a-kind instrument that merges the principles of Violin, Sarangi and Lyrical expressions . He is also a Tabla Soloist with equal passion & dexterity & is known to be a complete artist , a dynamic & versatile performer who made the instruments to speak a language recognised by human beings & nature as well.
